Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Salt and turmeric as required
Capsicum - 4
Potato - 2
Garam masala
Red Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Preparation Method
Clean Capsicum and Potatoes with running water peel off the potato then cut them both into a big size pieces and add into a pressure cooker allow it for one vessel then drain the water and keep them aside.
Keep a pan on the stove, pour oil once oil get heat add mustard, cumin let them crackle, Now add green chillies then onion, and curry leaves. Cook for 3 min
Now add salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell gone from ginger garlic paste
Now Add boiled potatoes and capsicum to the pan mix well and cover pan with the lid and cook for 5 min, now add garam masala, red chilli powder, Coriander powder and mix well then switch of the flame
Capsicum potato fry is ready, Serve hot curry with chapathi or roti
