Capsicum Potato Fry, Potato Capsicum Curry

Ingredients

Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Green Chilli - 2
Onion - 1
Curry Leaves - 2
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 spoon
Salt and turmeric  as required

Capsicum - 4
Potato - 2
Garam masala
Red Chilli powder
Coriander powder

Preparation Method

Clean Capsicum and Potatoes with running water peel off the potato then cut them both into a big size pieces and add into a pressure cooker allow it for one vessel then drain the water and keep them aside.

Keep a pan on the stove, pour oil once oil get heat add mustard, cumin let them crackle, Now add green chillies then onion, and curry leaves. Cook for 3 min

Now add salt, turmeric and ginger garlic paste, cook till raw smell gone from ginger garlic paste

Now Add boiled potatoes and capsicum to the pan mix well and cover pan with the lid and cook for 5 min, now add garam masala, red chilli powder, Coriander powder and mix well then switch of the flame

Capsicum potato fry is ready, Serve hot curry with chapathi or roti

Green Beans Curry, Beans and Tomato Gravy

Green beans has high fiber content, beans are a very good source of calcium, iron, and copper.
Since it has all health benefits in it it is important to have it in our healthy diet

Ingredients :

Green Beans : 1/4 kg
Onions : 1
Tomato : 3
Coriander powder : 2 Spoons
Groundnut powder : 3 Spoons
Garlic Claves : 4
Red Mirchi : 1
Curry Leaves : 2

Preparation Method :

Boil beans in a separate vessel or in a pressure cooker, if pressure cooker let it come 2 whistle and keep it aside
Cut onions and tomatoes into small peaces
In a pan fry Coriander seeds and Groundnut nut separate and make a fine powder both of them separately 
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and saute mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, garlic calves and curry leaves for 2 to 3 minutes
Now add chopped onions, turmeric powder, salt and stir well let it fry until onions turn golden colour
Then add chopped tomatoes and cook it well
Now finally add boiled beans cook for 5 minutes and add coriander powder, groundnut powder 
and add red chilli powder then taste it add salt if required
Thats it simple Green beans and tomato gravy is ready serve with rice . HAPPY COOKING
